Truck #2

The smaller truck . Our Volvo FM12 is has a flat deck capable of carrying freight or a 20ft container. Also this truck could alternatively tow one of our semi trailers including the trombone trailer on request.

The wee truck can carry Approximately 7.5ton on the deck or 18tons on the trailer.

The crane on truck 2 is a palfinger pk33002. This has the reach of 21m from the middle of the truck , and can lift 900kg out there. in close it will lift about 5500kg depending how close we can get to the item.

Truck #4

The DAF.  This is our bigger truck , predominantly this truck tows a 13.2m semi trailer and is capable of a load up to 17tons. If the need arises then the DAF alternately has a 4.5m long deck to use instead of the trailer. This is handy for carrying smaller items such as spa pools, small buildings or steel beams to lift into place.

The Crane on the Bigger truck is a Palfinger pk53002 with a few extras. We have a winch on this so when needed we can raise and lower loads over walls or houses. This crane also has a flyjib which gives us the ability to reach up and across, for example we can be in an alley way and reach to the roof of a building the extend the flyjib out onto the roof of the building. With the flyjib on we can reach 29m from the middle of the truck with a load of 470kg. without the flyjib on we reach 16.8 with 2500kg.

Truck #3

The old NH. This is our helper truck , the smallest of the tractor units this truck is great for getting the semi trailers in and out of sites round town. This truck can tow any of our semi trailers and is capable of up to 25ton loads.

Other Plant
We have a number of trailers to help make the job a success, The trombone trailer is one that can extend out from 14m right up to 20m deck length, meaning we can carry all sorts of long loads like poles , construction beams or roofing iron.  We have a trailer with a slightly lower deck at 1100mm , this is good for carrying buildings a little taller than usual. all our trailers are fitted with air bag suspension , making the ride a lot smoother for the product were carrying.

The nature of a crane truck is that we need a few other things from time to time to make the job go a lot smoother , so we have some other tools , like spreader bars , pallet forks and even a workmans basket if needed.
