Truck #4 - FLYJIB

The DAF.  This is our bigger truck, predominantly this truck tows a 13.2m semi trailer and is capable of a load up to 17tons. If the need arises then the DAF alternately has a 4.5m long deck to use instead of the trailer. This is handy for carrying smaller items such as spa pools, small buildings or steel beams to lift into place.

The Crane on the Bigger truck is a Palfinger pk53002 with a few extras. We have a winch on this so when needed we can raise and lower loads over walls or houses. This crane also has a flyjib which gives us the ability to reach up and across, for example we can be in an alley way and reach to the roof of a building the extend the flyjib out onto the roof of the building. With the flyjib on we can reach 29m from the middle of the truck with a load of 470kg. Without the flyjib on we reach 16.8 with 2500kg.

TRUCK #5 - BIGARM
​Truck number 5, has a flat deck capable of carrying freight or a 20ft container. Also this truck could alternatively tow one of our semi trailers including the trombone trailer on request.

Truck 5 has a palfinger pk33002 which has the reach of 21m from the middle of the truck, and can lift 900kg out there. In close it will lift about 5500kg depending how close we can get to the item.

It also has a lifting winch mounted to that pk33002 Palfinger crane, which allows us to raise and lower your item over obstacles that may be in the way of a clear lift. Alternatively we can use the winch to rotate objects in mid air.

Truck #6 Øcrane

Truck six is our Foden Alpha. This one doesn't have a crane but is a great helper to bring more of your product to site to the crane trucks with any of our semi trailers. Truck six usually tows our three axle low bed trailer. The main deck is 9 metres long and only 900mm high (the top deck adds another 4.8 metres of load space).

Truck #7 ØLIFTR

​ØLIFTR is another of our trucks that doesn't have a crane. We can offer this truck to transport your products around town or around the country on any of our semi-trailers including the lowbed and trombone trailers. Often, we will use this one to travel regionally then meet up with one of our contacts locally to unload us with their cranes. We have Central tyre inflation (CTI) fitted to truck 7 which gives us the ability to lower the tyre pressures for when we go off the beaten track. 

Truck #8 - LIFTU2

Truck number 8 is our rear mounted crane truck, with a seven metre deck offering plenty of space to carry your products. The extra length on our deck is aimed to allow portable buildings with their air condition units on here without a worry. The crane on LIFTU2 is a palfinger pk53002g, and is capable of lifting 10tons at 4.2m or a 600kg lift at 25.2m reach. The crane also has a winch fitted which allows us to lift or lower your items smoothly. The winch also offers the ability of rotating items, like tanks or pools, in mid air when needed. Rear mounting the crane means we can back the truck into site and the crane is in a better position to lift over obstacles, like a garage or hedge. 

Oversize Pilots
We have both Class 2 and Class 1 pilots on our team. We can be hired to assist you to move your wide or long loads safely from A to B , or even C.

Other Plant
We have a number of trailers to help make the job a success, The trombone trailer is one that can extend out from 14m right up to 20m deck length, meaning we can carry all sorts of long loads like poles, construction beams or roofing iron. 

We have another trailer with a lower deck at 900mm, this is good for carrying buildings a little taller than usual. all our trailers are fitted with air bag suspension, making the ride a lot smoother for the product we're carrying.

The nature of a crane truck is that we need a few other things from time to time to make the job go a lot smoother , so we have some other tools, like spreader bars, pallet forks and even a workmans basket if needed.
